Simple and flexible:
the Ancor tile with optimum heat transfer for the upper part of the combustion chamber
The Ancor cladding system (patent applied for) is a new development from Mokesys AG and it represents a very innovative form of tile lining. Just like all other Mokesys® tiles, Ancor tiles can be adjusted in position on the boiler tube- wall and they are not fixed rigidly, thereby allowing for expansion to take place. The filed of application for Ancor tile cladding is in the upper part of the first draught of the boiler, as well as the second, where it serves as corrosion protection for the surface of the hitherto unprotected tube-wall. A maximum rate of heat transfer is achieved by the thinning of the wall cladding to 12 - 15 mm. For this purpose we have developed a new material with an extremly smooth surface which will largely prevent the build-up of slag deposits.
The Mokesys® Ancor tile: a light product with excellent characteristics
With a thickness of approximately 8 mm, the Ancor tile is the thinnest tile in our product range. It is for installation in the upper reaches of the boiler plant.
The Mokesys® Mokelite tile
The Mokelite tile in the Moeksys® system can also be fitted alongside the Ancor tile in the upper reahes of the boiler plant.
